Tbilisi — usually the next business day (same-day express for orders placed before 15:00). Main cities (Batumi, Kutaisi, Gori, Zugdidi, Poti) — typically 1–3 business days. Other towns and villages — typically 2–5 business days.

Free in Tbilisi. Main cities ₾10, other areas ₾15. Regional delivery is free on larger orders (over ₾200) — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Across all of Georgia — within Tbilisi by our courier, and to other cities and regions through our courier partners.

Currently we accept Cash on Delivery. The courier calls you before arriving — please have the exact amount ready.

Yes — please inspect your item at the moment of delivery, in the courier's presence. If anything is wrong, tell the courier right away and we will exchange it or take it back at no cost to you.

If a manufacturing defect appears after delivery, contact us within 3 days with your order number and photos. We will exchange the item or refund you (for Cash on Delivery orders — by bank transfer to the account you provide).

We do not accept returns for change of mind once the item has been accepted at delivery. Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a defect. This policy does not limit your rights under the applicable legislation of Georgia.

Received a defective item and want a different size or colour instead? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
