Please inspect your item at the moment of delivery, in the courier's presence. This is the best time to make sure everything is exactly as ordered.
If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell the courier right away — we will exchange it or take it back at no cost to you. If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent after delivery, contact us at +995 557 599 125 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will exchange the item or refund you (for Cash on Delivery orders — by bank transfer to the account you provide).
We do not accept returns for change of mind once the item has been accepted at delivery. Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a defect. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the applicable legislation of Georgia.
